Memorable. We will come back !

Our stay at the Dakota was special. Its central situation was perfect. We loved the atmosphere and the quality of service. Super nice staff with special mention to Jack's ! A bit pricey but worth the experience.

The location was good but I would not recommend this hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel at 3pm to check in the room was not ready. We booked an executive king room and had to wait over one hour for the room when we arrived. The room was extremely cold and when we reported this to reception they came to check the heating but could not fix the problem, it was uncomfortably cold in the room and we could not sleep well at all. The mattress in the room was also extremely uncomfortable. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

An luxurious base for an enjoyable visit to Glasgow

We have stayed at the Dakota before and the rooms and staff are very good, indeed. It is well-located, has an excellent bar and restaurant, plus a comfortable library room. It is our favourite hotel in Glasgow.

It's rooms could have a mini-bar/fridge. It would be good to have bath robes. Overall, however, the rooms are very well-appointed.

Great service from all the team but bar team where superb , room & bed really comfy

Lack of bath for a exec room was a little disappointing , lack of mirror with quality lighting for make up frustrating for my partner and the stock in the complimentary mini bar as a bit of a joke really for the room price

Absolutely amazing hotel with friendly and helpful staff

It is of such a high standard

The location of the property is now in Glasgows Low Emission Zone and visitors with a non-compliant vehicle will receive a penalty notice. Visitors should be told this in advance in order to make alternative arrangements should they wish to do so

Excellent - will definitely be back.

Everything!! Staff are the friendliest I have ever experienced in a hotel!! Suite & classic double were spacious & well worth the money. Breakfast was excellent too.
