Great value and location for work travel especially.
Location is perfect for proximity to conferences in the area as well as two different train lines. Really cute bouldering cafe nextdoor as well. Beautiful view from my hotel room.
Bed was very firm, but I think this is quite typical in Japan.

Location is good if you visit Odaiba exhibition centers...near to big SITE, we walked on foot to Tokyo motor show
rooms are tiny , beds are very hard and only 1 small pillow

Great location, it is nearby 2 train stations and airport shuttle from Haneda. Room was clean and it has massage chair inside.
May need to have better breakfast menu in future. Hope the hotel has airport shuttle to Narita in future.
