Nice, like travelling in Japan. Multiple entries to the waterpark on 2 days.

Someone "stole" my sandals in the waterpark, I had to walk barefoot back to the hotel. Fortunately the hotel did not deduce my deposit. No outside drink and food are allowed in the room. I cannot call the grab for food but need to spend my lunch and dinner in the more expensive restaurant in hotel instead.

My kids enjoyed the water theme park with warm onsen water . There are activities to keep kids entertained

The hotel facility was very new, cleaned and comfortable and room was very huge for a family of 4 . We had 8 adults and we went for two rooms of 4 . Comes with water theme park tickets . There are option to dress up in kimono and take picture at hotel facility with Japanese backdrop for additional 100K Dong per pax for an hour. Breakfast buffet comes with good variety and options

Dinning options in hotel can be a little expensive for some . Try Nami Seaside restaurant . The cafe serves good high tea set

It was a perfect one night escape from Hoi an during rainy season, our children had a lot of fun at the water park / onsen and we were impressed with the breakfast buffet

Everything was good except the heater system.

Japanese vibes with lots of amenities (reasonable size), ie indoor pool, playground, arcade specially for kids.

The water heater temperature in the room is not constant, it could turn cold at one moment and very hot the next moment. The water doesnt flows out constantly, little at certain time. There was once, the hot water suddenly runs out while showering and I have to contact the service help desk and the technical have to go to their central heater system to do some adjustment to make it works. For the first time I stayed in a hotel and felt so stressful while showering. (Worried scalding hot water may gusted out or hot water might runs out again)

One of the best hotels Ive ever stayed at! The hotel has a water park that my family loved! It also has a beautiful onsen where you can go and relax. I loved that the TV in my Room was able to use Netflix for when we wanted to relax in the room. One other amazing thing was the Infinity pool and the Swim up bar on the roof top! This place was amazing and had a large buffet for breakfast and like 5 restaurants, a gym, spa, and a cafe. Additionally, they have a beach bar attached to the resort by a beautiful bridge in case you want to relax by the beach. The resort is located about 15-20 away from downtown Da Nang, 15-20 minutes from the airport, about 50 minutes from Hoi Ann, and about 35 Minutes from Ba Na Hills.

The only thing that was inconvenience for us was that there was no food stalls or restaurants right outside the resort since it is far from downtown or any shopping strips.
