Location

1)Reception and Room staff cleaning services were quiet disappointing 2) the morning buffet food quality was very poor with a very limited options. 3)the day of checkout was highly disappointing and the cleaning staff was willingly not sent to the room on being asked about the cleaning services on the reception the reply was made by the receptionist that the cleaning would not be done on the last day of stay nor the utensils would be made available which was pathetic .

Simply Amazing! Beyond expectations

It was amazing experience and loved the resort. Food was nice, staffs were welcoming, beautiful property. In resturant menu could have been better and service was quite late, rest all was fine.

Need them to improve on hot water availability in the bathrooms. Great Stay

Breakfast included good variety, however they need to pay attention to taste, and salt is always less. However Manager Laxman and his team is doing great

It was just okay.

The breakfast was okay, however the location was much farther than actual Nainital i.e. around 20 kms

The access could have been better. The fact that the money from my card was blocked and deducted. Even though the representatives had spoken to me before I checked in. since i had booked through booking.com I was to pay at the time of check-in as per the booking conditions. The entire amount of my stay was deducted. I still haven't got the reversal on my credit card yet. I felt mistrust in it.
