Overall our stay was perfect

The location is excellent, the property is clean, room and bathroom size are good.

That there is no shataf in the bathroom, as muslims we need shataf. The plates in the kitchen are not cleaned well. The cleaner only put them in the dish washer without cleaning in the sink before.

Good hotel, but it needs to improve to be classified as 5 Star!

The hotel is close to Taksim Square and has good facilities. Suzan from the reception was helpful. And the staff in general were friendly and polite. A lovely spa, but it will cost you an arm and a leg for a treatment... all prices in Euro, and extremely expensive.

The staff in general is good, However, for a 5 star hotel, the kitchen staff at Stella is very disorganised and chaotic. They serve a decent breakfast every morning, but there is no coordination and virtually impossible to order eggs. Furthermore, be warned that the prices are exceptionally high in the hotel, and everything is priced in Euro. Also, smoking is permitted almost everywhere.

I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff during our recent stay in Istanbul. Our one-bedroom apartment with a garden was immaculately clean, and the well-maintained pool and delicious breakfast added to our enjoyment. The prompt and attentive room service further exemplified the hotel's commitment to high standards. The exceptional friendliness and dedication of staff members like Umut, Caner, Ozge, Mert, Emre, Esra, and Dogan made our stay truly memorable. Their genuine warmth and helpfulness enhanced our experience, and we eagerly look forward to returning based on the exceptional service we received.

Poor

5 star but with a price tag

The hotel is a 5-star hotel and the breakfast is immaculate, but that's it.

I spent EUR 4k in this hotel, booked two rooms one for me and one for my 16 years old daughter, they gave me the most remote rooms, and they just didn't care, the reception all of them needs re-training, and as soon as they sniff and Arab name they chose the worst room in the hotel

Its a good hotel but not such good so will stay again.

LOBBY looks attractive. Management and Staff members are very good. Upgraded my room free of charge.

Room A/C is not controlling room temperature as desired. Many switches are not working. Tea port and coffee maker provided damaged one and leaks water when poured water. Food is not up to the mark. Everyday same food in breakfast.
