Breakfast and resort was awesome. Highly highly recommend. Room super clean and comfortable. Food extremely delicious ( best food in Philippines). Staff super nice Pool is really nice and clean!! Tour to Kawasan was well planned and fun too

We had an amazing stay!

We had a great time at Cuestas Beach resort. The owners and staff were really friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They were very interested and eager to arrange everything for you. The room was clean, had good AC, and having a minibar was a nice bonus. The property itself was well taken care of, neat and looked beautiful. The small scale, calm atmosphere, and seaside location really appealed to us. Breakfast was delicious, you could choose from several varieties. For lunch and dinner, the menu has a lot of choices, and everything tasted great. Thumbs up to the chefs! We highly recommend this resort and we will definitely come back!

Not polite opening our bags without permission

The room and resort was good

The resort did not tell us, even in the resort policy on the website that we could not bring alcohol beverage and snack to the resort. (Because they sell it) And it was not polite that the resort worker open our bags without permission. This was our bad experience.

Chill and Relax in perfect combination with adventure!

After travelling for a long time this was perfect to relax. Serene and beautiful location. If you like loud music and bassbeats I suggest you stay elsewhere. Very clean and an amazing restaurant. The friendly staff and owner made the stay complete. Ps: YOU MUST DO THE CANYONEERING! You wont regret it and price at the hotel is cheaper than you find elsewhere

Overpriced!

I picked this hotel for my group of 12 because I was tricked by the pictures and the other reviews.

(1) Toilets are shared between twin-bed rooms. (2) The rooms are tiny and uncomfortable. I had to upgrade to the better room at midnight and paid by cash. (3) I hated it when they don't take card at all. (4) The price to upgrade was cutting throat. (5) They only showed nice pics of the big rooms, NO PICTURES OF THE TINY TWIN ROOMS AT ALL, that's why I was tricked! When I booked this hotel for my group of 12 pax, my reputation ruined.

Do not extend your stay or you will be evicted

All the staff are really nice and helpful. Ate nikki is very welcoming and like a mother. The view is beautiful. Pia colada is the best cocktail i had.

lets start where we stayed 3 nights,which is great,i'll score the experience 10/10 .Then when we extended another day and that is where everything is a disaster.They wanted us to transfer to another room because IT IS THEIR PREFERENCE AND IT IS CONVINIENT FOR CUESTAS which should not be the case.You dont transfer room unless there is a major problem in the room,but everything is going well to us but for cuestas its not because they need to accomodate 2 family together in 2 deluxe room which is our room.I asked why we need to transfer, Their reason?because we are extending night.So my question,if we didnt extend our stay and lets say its a normal 4nights,do you still have the guts to transfer us to another room when in fact we have the right since we didnt EXTEND?it doesnt make sense,oh and by the way,the one who decided for us to transfer is the owner itself which dont have any hospitality qualities and doesnt know how to answer or react properly when problems arise.You dont say to an angry customer that "I'll tell you a funny story",nothing is funny right now and let me tell you something,you dont answer to customer as if we are in fault. So we said yes we will transfer,problem is we have an excursion to deal with at 4am,and they wanted us to move 4am?good thing they offered help,okay problem solved.We came back,tired and exhausted,we were in the new room and it was horrible,yes it got a proper view but its the worst room,showers are not properly working,television not working and insects and lizards inside the room.I understand that insects and lizards are expected but obviously lizard will not stay in our place if there are no insects.So we asked the staff to clean it for us which is really nice of them.You will notice how uncomfortable staff are when their boss is around,i wonder why. Oh and by the way,the only hotel I visited without a phone.
