Everything was perfect. The staff has greeted us warmly and provided with any help we needed. Rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Pleasant

Liked the room. The property I liked. The check in check out took time. I was unhappy with the food.

I wasnt too please with the food preparation both as breakfast and dinner.

Not really sure but the preparation of variety of foods wasnt to my taste. And I mentioned it to the chef as well.

Wonderful Stay in Agra

Staff was wonderful Facilities were clean and updated. Breakfast was the best I had in India thus far

If you're not in the main building, the two elevators can be confusing to navigate back to the lobby, but there's signs and staff to help Breakfast can get very busy!

The fixtures in the bathroom were rusted and had very bad stench from the drainage. Bed was soft and pillow too hard.

The house keeping team are kindhearted and great

The variety of food available to us was really good. We weren't feeling well and the housekeeping staff took one look at us and could tell what we needed and brought it to us. That was really nice and put us in a great mood because we felt really cared for by the housekeeping team.

There was one light switch which controlled both the bathroom and bedroom lights which meant it was not possible to go to the bathroom at night without waking up your partner.

Not a 5* but comfortable with a few issues

We got a free upgrade to junior suite which was nice, the room was spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. The bathroom had a good walking shower and a good water pressure. The staff in the rooftop restaurant was very nice, helpful and friendly.

The front desk check-in and check-out was chaotic with many people served at the same time. It was busy and nobody helped us with our luggage. We got a room on the fifth floor facing the busy road and situated right underneath the rooftop bar with loud music which you could hear in the room but luckily by midnight the music stopped. If the light was switched off, the plug where I was charging my phone didn't work which wasn't great to find out my phone didn't charge when I needed it. One of the table lamps didn't have the base fixed properly so when I moved it, it opened with the wires out, it didn't look safe, I couldn't switch it off so I unplugged it from the wall. I hope it will get fixed.
