Awful staff, booked for 4 people, was a small double bed and a tiny single bed, room was tiny, staff requested extra $200 cash on arrival and threatened to kick us out if we didnt pay. Made us very uncomfortable. Didnt feel safe with the confrontational staff male staff as a young female. All the utensils and linen were disgustingly dirty. Was appalled with our stay. Do not bring your kids here it is not safe. This is a dodgy business and I will be reporting to authorities.

Torquay - Basic Accommodation

A small swimming pool and view of countryside

Rooms were old, outdated, run down and small sized rooms with squeaky mattresses. Problems with plumbing blockage to basin, sink and noisy fridge buzzing throughout the night. Wasn't given 2 rooms side by side. Facilities require updating and rooms need to be modernised. Flyscreens had holes, blinds and carpet dusty and old.

Great spot on Great Ocean Road

Amazing place to stay - we used the bbq, played tennis and swam in the pool. Great hot water, nice view, great location, comfortable beds and helpful host. I wish we had another day to stay in town.

Our new go-to place in Torquay

What a great find. Close enough to Torquay, but looking out over farmland. Sitting on the balcony, wine and cheese in hand, could not have been more perfect.

The location was perfect nice and peaceful as well as close to town and the ocean nice looking over the fields.

Broken outdoor spa was disappointing after spending so much for room.

Very good

Short and sweet!

It is clean and near town center. There is a great view but too bad it was raining when we arrived. The room has toaster and microwave and all that we need for quick meals!

The coffee and tea bags could be individually packed.
