Pool near everything last visit I a room 4th floor facing yarra ..this time the room was dasong river on level 1 was a dissappointed with that but still enjoyed my stay iver

Good location, some other practical issues which affected the comfort of our stay

Great location

Construction work at the location, which wasnt previously mentioned. Made access slightly difficult. Really noisy housekeeping, starting at 7am. Pool opening time also created lots of noise prior to 7am (we werent interested in playing Marco Polo)!

Reception and concierge staff on arrival were welcoming and the room was excellent with a beautiful view. We had a drink in the bar about 8pm which was comfortable once you got through the door, though the design of the room was not what I expected and let the hotel down.

The bar was seedy looking, uninviting to enter but comfortable once through the door. Breakfast was disappointing in particular the location and layout were not good, some food items although in a heated pan were cold. We paid a significant amount for this hotel including breakfast and parking. The breakfast let it all down.
