Great place & great stafd

Myself and my husband stay was from 27th December 2023 to the 2nd January 2024. Our time at Crown Plaza, despite a few room amenities issues, was good, and we would definitely return to this hotel on any future holidays to Orlando. The level of service from all the staff was at a very high level. 3 members of staff that were exceptional was Maria from housekeeping, Tina in the front desk, and Leaford the Shuttle driver.

The heating was not working, and breakfast was often cold

Will stay again we got this for a cheaper price.

Approachable and helpful staff. Strategic location near to anywhere. Has nice and comfortable beds. Comes with a microwave, ref, couple of coffee pods.

Outdated facilities but they are currently under renovation.

Staff was friendly.

The hotel was under renovation and there was no mention of this at the time of booking. Room keys didn't work and had to be reprogrammed. There were 3 Elevators in the hotel with 1 out of service. The other 2 were used by construction and hotel staff which made the wait times sometimes as much as 15 minutes at a time..each way (up and/or down). There was dust everywhere and noise from the construction. There should have been some type of notification prior to booking this property.

It was close to I4 and the location for the concert, a shuttle was provided to us as well.

The bathroom was not clean someone left their blond wig in the bathroom. We did have an issue when checking in, where we felt discriminated against. Due to the company before us having an issue with finding there reservation.

Good value comfortable Downtown location.

Location is 10 min walk from Downtown bars etc. We found that ok. There is a shuttle but did not investigate... Close to Lake Eola park which is nice.

Small issue with door keys took two visits to sort. Motorway is close but we didn't find it too noisy. Nowhere near Disney etc if that's your thing......

Convenient location. Walkable. Staff nice. Hotel has seen better days.

Ability to walk to the Amway. Pillows were comfortable. Had enough towels. Staff was friendly.

Dirty grout in the shower. Had to carry the coffee maker into the bathroom because the plug in the "kitchen" didn't work. No flavor powdered eggs for breakfast. No silverware left at breakfast and it was only 9:00 AM. Horrible weak coffee in the room and at breakfast. No shower gel, Just bar soap in the shower. Facility overall is run down. Just looks its age. Walls are paper thin. Can hear whole conversations from the hallway.

I would recommend to a friend and definitely would be my first option again on my next visit to Orlando.

The location was very convenient to the Amway center. Shuttle dropping us off and picking us back up was super convenient. The staff was so friendly, professional, and just a pleasure to deal with. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

I wish coffee options at breakfast would have offered creamer with flavors.
