Room not clean, no heating and it was -3 outside had toddler offered a heater no room change!. Breakfast cold didnt put hot plates on before food

Disappointing New Year Break.

Staff were polite and helpful...especially trainee Mohamed.

Room wasnt the cleanest,gathering of dust around mini fridge and bathroom tiles werent clean,tired and dated...heating didnt work,so room was chilly at times. Hairdryer wasnt working,which I found out after I washed my hair! Booked a river view,which was visible if I strained my neck at the window! (This was the second room they gave us) My partner used the health suite,sauna wasnt working and steam room had no steam!! Extra charge of 16.95 pp for breakfast,it was overpriced,food had been bulk cooked and left under hot lamps....dry and hard to digest...had a much better breakfast at Greggs for less than a quarter of the price. Parking charged at 9.50 a day...but only parking available,so no option but to use it! New year break for a wee bit of luxury .....sorely disappointed,wouldnt recommend and wont be returning

Very good

Amazing view, however window should be bigger. AC was too noisy in our room. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff very kind and helpful. Maria and Mohammad thank you guys you made our stay pleasant.

Hotel was good but my booking was mismanaged I booked a room with 2 double beds but when I reached the hotel they did not have the required room I was informed that it was due to some glitch in booking. I was downgraded to a smaller room with king bed and childrens cot which was too uncomfortable being an adult. As the booking was non refundable we agreed to take the downgrade

Staff were all very friendly and helpful

Swimming pool requires maintenance and changing rooms were cold. Pillows in room were like rocks. Rooms becoming dated and could do with an update to match reception and dining area
