The hotel has a good location but is surrounded by road construction and has an oddly located entrance. The front desk staff was busy on the phone and there was no complimentary breakfast as advertis (Read More)ed. However, the pool was nice and there is a restaurant nearby. The hotel is convenient for those attending a conference. Guests appreciated the affordability, shuttle service, and great bar and restaurant. The rooms were clean and spacious, though some wished for more lighting. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. Some guests mentioned the need for a car or Uber to get around.

Nice property

Location of room was convenient to the lobby. Restaurant dinner was great. Had a hard time finding hotel using Google maps. Nice to have Panera within walking distance.

Although room service was advertised there was none available. I selected this hotel because of that service, recommend that websites remove the incorrect info.

It was good price for the holiday weekend and a good choice for a 1night stay

Ok stay for quick turn around

The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and the room was a nice size. The lobby was clean and tidy along with the bar/restaurant area. Location was great so close to airport.

The shuttle driver was fantastic, very friendly, however the amount of time we had to wait to get picked up at the airport was 45 minutes, kind of long not sure if this is a driver issue or hotel issue, we have never experienced this long of a wait with any hotel shuttles and we always use them. The wash cloths are very brittle, used and they started to tear I think they are over bleached, when housekeeping came to clean and change out the towels, they only gave us 1 bath towel, there is 2 of us so we had to share. Our room seemed dusty, you could see it on the entry floor into the room, housecleaning must not have mopped it prior to our stay. I also think light switch plates were not wiped down which in this day and age you need to wipe everything down. I liked the idea of the large soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower however 2 of them were empty.
