Very poor

Compete rip off, was worth $300 night but I paid 4x. Facility is from the 90s not much upgrade. Again, type of property

Not much. Over priced, hottub was monopolized by people whom I never saw get out to go to bathroom. Food at bar was not good, food and drink was expensive. Room was dated, although big and functional it was dated. Pool not heated, freezing cold and hottub only adults, one broken and PITA to get in one because aforementioned. If I had paid $400 for this no problem but $1,200 was crazy, never go back this or any of the brands properties. Left a bad taste in mouth.

Dissappointed we missed out on the treat Cancun beach and newer more vibrant part of the beach

Staff were pleasant but very slow and disinterested food serv

Very old and tired, shower barely worked, no beach, dead and tired restaurants, in the old part of town. At least 15 yrs past its used by date

The only thing that is good about the place is the location and access to the beach.

Everything else - room interior, facilities, quality compared to price - was a total miss. Rooms are shabby, with mold in the bathroom. Food is not remarkable for the price that's offered. Definitely don't recommend wasting your time here.

Unhealthy atmosphere,the kingdom of mold.

the room smells mold, all our clothes were wet when we left, the air conditioner was leaking in the room, 2 people out of the 4 had problems with their respiratory system when they left, I have traveled to all the maids, I can say that this is my first time that Im doing a bad critic, I am not such an appetizing customer, but I don't play with health, I wish I had never stayed there!!

The pool and beach area were very nice Size of the room was nice too

The check in girl Jessica was not friendly, and helpful she gave no information about the hotel I had to ask another lady if she could tell us oool hours and where the restaurants were in the hotel what time pool closed and so on...plus our room amellled bad and we had to move rooms.

It is a once in a lifetime experience to live in an ocean front unit with a large terrace spanning both master and livin

Wow wow wow my college daughter were so surprised by the Master suite, 2 bedroom plus unit from the moment into the living area, to the ocean front terrace, and to the master bedroom. All photos of the booking show exactly what we got. It is nice to see a big bottle of water in the kitchen and 2 small bottles of water in each room. The sandy beach is unusual but we love it and you can do snorkeling near the safety line to enjoy surprises. The beach is actually cleaner without the annoying sea grass like the nearby beach where the other hotels had hard time to keep up a clean beach.

We noticed a strange smell but it can be reduced by keeping the 2nd bath door closed and ensure all sinks are closed/or filled with some water. The AC unit looks very new but one return air filter is missing.
