It was absolutely awful and very stressful

The location was ok

The customer service was dreadful I was allocated a room that was not ready and was happy to wait. When they finally said room was ready the had allocated me another room because they had already given the room to someone else. We had booked in for four nights two with friends and two with family. The first allocation of the room was next to my friends so because they made a mistake they also moved my friend to the same floor as me and upgraded her to a better room and gave us free breakfast. I was given a standard room overlooking a car park it was awful. My friend had done the double booking for both of us from the 31 Dec - 2 jan we booked from the 2-4 of jan and asked to keep the same room they said yes and I signed and paid for the room on the 31. On the 2 we had gone for a walk and when we came back I had been,locked out my room so again back to customer service and another argument because they said they couldnt find my payment and booking they finally found it when I got the reference numbers. For compensation they gave us a breakfast and wine and chocolates they would not give us any type of refund or future stays over their comedy of errors. I feel we were treated very badly down to their incompetence and very poor customer service. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone else and I will proceed to put a review on trip advisor.

Disappointing

Nice hotel, just not child friendly

We had breakfast at the hotel next door

The pool. We looked for a child friendly hotel with pool and your hotel came up on booking.com. However, the pool wasn't suitable for our son as it was too deep. My husband asked staff at reception about this and they provided us with a pass for Crown hotel across the road. We were able to use the facilities here which was child friendly, so we were very happy with this.

Passable

Location was good.

Staff told me i could check in early no issues. When I arrived to reception, staff told me i had to pay an extra $130 for an early check in when they told me that the room was ready over the phone. Was very disappointed with this.

Extraordinarily expensive for an unpleasantly hotel

We had to line up for over an hour just to check in, even after leaving upon arrival to come back an hour later than our check in time. In the hope of a smaller queue (obviously to no avail). The small cold pool was overlooking and overlooked by one of the main car park entrances. The bed was nice although the linen was not too comfortable The gym was tiny and had basically nothing of any real use available

My staff was excellent and enjoyed myself every minute I was there

I went there for New Year, abd the staff were able to help in where to go to have a great view. Also wherever I went the staff were more than helpful in where to go for a meal and etc.
