Very good

A comfortable, classy, relaxing base to explore Vegas.

Room size, facilities, furnishings, cleanliness were all excellent. Never had to wait more than a few seconds for an elevator. The location isnt bad - The North Strip has become a welcome alternative to the Strip proper. Restaurant options are excellent.

Restaurant opening hours things were shut when they should have been open! I dont want to have to eat before 8pm! Famous foods is a great concept. However, most of the order terminals were out of order. It doesnt recognise non-US phone numbers, but doesnt warn you of this.again, what is open and when seems random. Crockfords West feels a poor relation to the main Crockfords. Simple things like no ice machines on the West side.

My stay was very good and met all my needs

All of the above that i have rated are a true reflection on my stay, I was really impressed with the options and choice of restaurants and bars. The Casino floor was also very spacious and bright and staff throughout the property very helpful.

i requested a printed receipt for my stay and was told by the reception staff on duty that this could not be provided as i had booked through Booking. Com and i should request this from them. This was very unusual and disappointing and no other Hotel that i have booked with Booking. Com have refused to provide the same!

Greater property horrible clean service.

The property is amazing.

Clean service failed to clean the room even call and ask for cleaning. The empty recipients on corridor wasnt collected for days (3 to be precise).

Exceptional

The hotel is incredibly nice and you get a reasonable about of privacy from the rest of the strip while being on it. The amenities available are great and it has everything you need very close by.

The rooms are not very sound proof from the hallway. While the walls are very soundproof to the rooms on either side of yours, the door to your hotel room doesn't seem sound proof at all. If anyone is in the hallway you can hear anything they are saying and vise versa.

wouldn't do it again, for the price we could've stayed at Venetian

1. view of the room to the city and mountains 2. If you are going with Family, is a good Hotel, very quiet and calm 3. Not noisy at all anywhere in the hotel

1. only 1 elevator out of 4 was working, 2 were broken and 1 was reserved for special events. 2. I was charged 300 approx. extra for the room in one night 3. The difference between the total of the bill and what i was charged was 200 approx., so in total I paid 500 approx. usd more than what I booked. 4. I asked one day to have more towels, they only left towels for 3 and we were 4. Only provided one day extra towels

Poor location and poor communication.

Clean rooms Options for dining

Hotel changed not only our confirmed and paid room in Crockfords to Conrad but also the configuration of the room. With no explanation and no other option. Communication with your customer is simple and provides trust, this hotel did not. Safe not working Room keys not open elevator resulting in missing paid show Tiny free bottles of water location an issue as the strip and shows were a taxi away each way.no shuttle buses

For visits to the convention centre there is no better option .its ideal

My room was amazing. Hotel location could not be better as I used the Vegas loop to get to the convention centre. Check in and check out was fast and staff quite helpful and pleasant

Most food options closed most of the time . The famous food / street food section dont accept cash payments. Food quality generally dismal .wallys pizza was awful and zouk-fuhu was even worse (the Chinese duck is just super oily and tasteless) and apart from that all food and drink options at extortionate prices.
