Incredibly friendly and well-run resort

This resort was wonderful! We were a family of six, and all of us enjoyed our week at Crimson tremendously. The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional and will go out of their way to solve whatever question you may have. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the gardens lovely and the spa beautiful. All of the food we had at the resort was delicious - not the cheapest, but worth it. We used the spa several times, took part in an organized snorkeling tour that was great, kayaked, jogged and made good use of the gym, pools and yoga classes. Having visited many resorts in several countries, the Crimson is now our favorite of them all. You rarely see such consistent professionalism combined with outstanding friendliness.

Perfect!

The place is amazing, the breakfast was the best I had in a long time. I would definitely go back there for the french toasts. The facilities are spot clean, there's plenty of activities to be done, but also relaxing by the pool is great. We had some hours after check out that we had to wait for our flight, and the staff let us use the facilities until then, so we spent the whole day swimming. Great staff, I am sad I didn't reserve more days here.

Superb

We like all things there - the service, hospitality, cleanliness, beautiful resort facilities, safety, beautiful and coziness!! The breakfast is also amazing. The resort even packed breakfast boxes for us when we had to travel early in the morning for a trip. Highly recommended and will stay again when visiting Cebu in the future.

Nice stay

Nice pool and very comfortable rooms and bathrooms with beautiful design. Very nice staff.

Part of the resort was still under construction and not all atractions were available that we did not know while Booking the accomomodation. The resort plan and signs to different parts are not well visible,we could not find main restaurant.

From the second we arrived to the day of departure was perfection.

Every single detail was outstanding. The grounds, the staff, the facilities. Just perfection. This was simply sublime. World Class. I have never experienced anything like the service at this place. A little piece of heaven on earth. Thank you Crimson.

Food, Ambience

Tried to scam us with some food order we didnt even have. They didnt have a receipt to it and we werent even at the hotel at that time. Also some workers watched the guests including me behind a curtain while being in the pool.
