Had a fitness centre that was well equipped.

Breakfast expensive. Rooms dirty sheets ripped bits missing of the wall. Staff not good at communicating anything. Ask to reserve a restaurant to be told as we were walking to the restaurant that it was closed we only have a buffet tonight.

The room was amazing! Incredible views, great privacy, amazing amenities. From the moment you walk into their Premiere pool villa room you are mesmerized by the view. We had a few cruise ships docked in the Patong bay to gaze on. At night the lights made it even better.

The pool was a tad cold. These pools are not heated other than by the outside conditions. So being early December which is near their coldest time of the season I understand why the pool dipped a little in temperature. This was only an issue late at night.

Horrible, ruined my honeymoon experience. Thankfully I went to a new resort quickly.

Nothing! Hated the property. It is not even 3 stars let alone 5 stars

The lobby was horrible,, the cleanliness, color scheme. The room was also not up to the standard of 5 stars, and cleanliness was not there with mirroa dirty, old poorly maintained

Ok, if you want to be away from everything...

The staff was VERY friendly. The concierge excursion options were great. Nice room size for our family of 5. The views were gorgeous. Under better management, this could become 5 star resort.

The breakfast was horrible. It felt like leftovers from other resorts. At night, a stench came up from our master bathroom. On our 1st night, my husband said that several water bugs were in the bathroom. The cable went out. The location was far away from the beach.
