Staff is cool, but the beds and pillows and shower stuff was awful and changed quality from previous stays

The staff was amazing and so helpful

The beds and pillows suck now(they used to be so much more comfortable, it was our 3rd or 4th stay and it was markedly different) shampoo and conditioner and body wash was not the same quality as previous stays. The parking was weird with lots of spots coned off from use. 1st floor smelled weird.

Huge rooms, well-equipped kitchens, great staff!

Derek checked us in. He was super friendly and helpful! He remembered us from a previous visit. The 2 BR suite is perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young adult children who can share a room. The suites are super spacious. Love having a 4 burner electric stove plus oven, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator. The breakfast is also an upgrade from when the property was a Residence Inn. Love the new pancake-making machine and breakfast tacos.

Our room 104 has a non-working fireplace. Also, the WIFI is so weak, we were unable to enjoy movies on our Netflix account. Major bummer.
