Felt everything but cozy

Nice and helpful lady running the place.

Dirty bathroom, the bed - I have slept on concrete floors softer than that, the blankets smelled like they may not have been washed recently, windows that are always open offering limited privacy, no heating from the A/C, Hanoi is cold this time of year...

Superb

Lovely place if you want to feel closer to Hanoi's local life.

Even the location is a little bit far for the must attractions in Hanoi, here you are able to know the local life and you have a lot of options of food for great prices.

The only weak point is the cleanliness, especially in the kitchen, but is not a problem if you go out for having your meals.
