Lovely experience, will surely stay again!

Love this hotel, so clean, comfortable and rooms were spacious. We asked for two adjoining rooms so that we could be close to the kids yet they have their own space too. Shower facilities were great - the twin room had a big standing shower space while the king bedroom had the rainshower. Daily housekeeping was excellent and most thoughtful. We bumped into the friendly housekeeper one day and asked for more bottled water, and she took the initiative and provided us with sufficient bottled water in the next few days. Location was perfect as it is just 15-20 mins away by car from any major attraction. Easy to get to anywhere by Didi (like Grabcar) and never had difficulty getting a ride. Hotel breakfast was good too, widespread variety to cater to adults/ kids.

Fantastic stay with excellent amenities, friendly staff, and convenient location.

The room was super spacious, with a large bed, sofa, and desk. Breakfast was great, and lots of options. The location was terrific, with many places around, such as manner coffee and other brunch spots within a 1-minute walk. The staff were super helpful as we checked in at 1 am, but they could still help us with a smile! I would stay again!

The Courtyard Marriot provided a comfortable and fulfilling stay in Shanghai.

The 98 breakfast promotion was fantastic. The fresh omelet was delicious, and the variety of food offered satisfied my appetite. The staff was courteous and helpful from the front desk, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the cleaning staff. The rooms were very well kept, its always nice to walk into a professionally clean room.

The things I didnt like are more preferences, and them not being present will not discourage me from staying at the hotel. With that said, it would have been nice to have some variety of English programming on TV. Also, it would have been nice for some kind of spa facility on site, as I needed to relax and recover from a long day of intense activity. Again, these were just my preferences.
