Disappointing

We stayed for 11 days but they didnt clean the room midway like they said they would. The floors and bathroom should have been cleaned at least once while we were there.

Great location and service but place needs some attention.

The water pressure and bed was excellent. The service desk attendant was excellent.

The place needs maintenance. There are pool tiles that have come off and I found one on the bottom of the pool. The bath tap was sealed with something that looked like a peeling napkin. One lift want working for most of our 4 day stay

Fab location but the accommodation is tired and the description and pictures are not accurate

The staff are very friendly. The property is very central and close to everything. We also loved the christmas card and lovely happy anniversary card and free drinks. That was special.

The room was not great. It was very run down. It needed a deep clean and a paint. The balcony was described as spacious. It was uncomfortable with 2 people on it. We had to move the table inside to sit on it comfortably. The bath was deeply stained and pokey. The fridge was tiny and the freezer ice cubes didn't freeze. It would have been great if the hotel had somewhere to get ice. The pool was good but there was gravel on the bottom in places and tiles missing which as a health and safety risk. It's dated and needs an upgrade. We have loved staying at Mantra at other locations but we won't be coming back to this one.

It's was alright, the room was tiny so probably better off paying the little bit more

Location was great

The room was very small and there is a bathtub in the photos, but no bathtub in reality. No sides to put luggage down, no mirror for the dresser. Closet wasn't clean or emptied from previous customer. Double bed was two twins pushed together, even tho it said double bed.

Location and staff. Beds were comfortable.

Apartment was dated and worn. Very plain and not decorated. Corridor smelt unpleasant. Manta provided very limited parking which meant we had to find parking on the street and move the car constantly. Not enough cutlery and plates. Pool was dirty and had missing tiles (not maintained). We found ants in the kitchen. Wifi was slow and unreliable. Vacuum cleaner was useless. We stayed for 7 nights. New towels were not provided. The shower in the main bathroom leaked on the floor creating a hazard. Showers in both bathrooms were mouldy. The gym did not have much equipment.
