I got staff coming late at night to find out if everything was ok. Wanted to come into the room and talk at 10 pm. This was unacceptable to me.

- Chef Shubham at Momo Cafe was great and made a real effort to make sure we got fresh food from the buffet. - Airport pick up and drop off were included in the booking.

This place was a complete nightmare. The room were given was dirty and had been used, there was dirt on the floor, the bed had been sat on and there was no soap in the bathroom either. Upon complaining to the manager at the property, Stalin, (who took a few minutes to come to the desk to speak to us cause he was watching TV in his office - we could see him sitting there with the TV) he told us that his team informed him the room was clean and that inspite of this he would give us another room. When we went back to the original room and Stalin inspected it, he concluded it was dirty and shifted us to another room. We then went to the restaurant for dinner. The restaurant had no waitstaff around, they all seemed to be on a break at the same time so the busing staff was able to help us but this made the service super slow. Add to this that Stalin, the hotel manager, was walking around the buffet and kitchen fixing himself a plate and then grabbing a table and eating; slowed service down further. After dinner we finally went back up to our room, only to find out that the key that given to us by Stalin for the new room didn't work.
