Room size!

Staff at tatva seemed rude B/f timings should be 10.30 like everywhere else External glasses were not clean and hence the views were not clear

Dinner buffet was awesome

Partiality towards us and our foreign guests. Stopping us to enter the restaurant on 1sr floor in slipper. We came from the room and no one told us prior about the dress code. We were tired after our functions.

Breakfast option was very good..........

There are some rules make by you.....need to change it on urgent basis......As you people must allow some foods for baby ......as while travelling ......family can feed the baby......As we where Travelling to Mathura and Vrindavan.......by car.....so for route .....we asked only for two Puri and pickle.......But you people said that its not our in policy....to parcel.......... and lastly there is a line written on form that no sllippers and shorts are allowed for Lunch and Dinner........don't know why this mentioned in form........

Few of the basic services were not available like there were no hand towels. Also when we were out we put the sign of make our bed and when we came back after 6-7hrs our bed was same as we left it

everything you expect when say "Radisson"

radisson-class everywhere. Perfect rooms, breakfast, staff, lobby. Great admin who solves strange requests easily

slight discomfort about surroundings - window view and foul smell outside... but thats india, you should accept it by default :)

Not Worth It - Absolutely Pathetic Reception Staff

Breakfast was good.

Rooms were untidy. Certain amenities were broken or not functioning in the room. Also gave us the wrong room and did not change or corporate with our requests. Reception staff (especially the ones in the evening) were rude and arrogant, bragging about how their experience is above the customer experience in the hotel. They also implied that they know better than the customers and therefore cannot assist with requests. Very unwelcoming reception staff. Avoid staying here.
