Checking is at 3:00 I got there at 3: 30. I was told I had to wait a couple minutes and when I asked if it was going to just be only a couple minutes they said yes and promised but I waited over an hour and a half to get my room. And when I asked about if it was almost ready your maintenance manager was extremely rude and yelled at me. So when I finally got to my room and was late for my call for work the room was disgusting crumbs and food on the tables. The rugs didn't even look vacuumed. Not to mention all the kids running up and down the hallway until 3:00 in the morning with no parents in sight.. none of the ice machine work either . I will never be returning to this hotel again I've been to many hotels and never been treated this bad. Honestly would like a full refund of that room. I had to work a double the next day and got zero sleep.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was comfortable and very clean. Everything you needed for a good rest.

Prices really go up when a football game is on. Rooms are a bit dated
