Dirty room spoilt our stay

Its quaintness, location

The bathroom was disgusting , mould , dust , pubic hair . It was rated 9.3 for cleanliness that is why I chose it. It was a 2. at best . Restuarant and Bar closed our entire visit .BUT dirty and dusty do not recommend

no breakfast facilities ( told after we had left for Melbourne)one mug for 2 people,no written instructions about availability of staff. stained robe- one for 2 people!!!poorly made bed. very old quilt .

Disappointed for the first time - and Ive stayed many times.

Always love the location. Rooms and general feel is lovely - especially with frequent Melbourne visits

The room was quite dirty. Lots of hair on the floor. The bathroom was not clean - splashes on the shower screen, pink scuz around the waste, fittings loose.

Exceptional

Have stayed many times at the Coppersmith. Love the ambience of this beautifully refurbished hotel. Saff are always amazing and love the free parking on the street over the weekend and close proximity to Albert Park. Dinner also fantastic.

The Coppersmith Hotel is a lovely boutique stay. Perfect for a work stay. Great location.

Lovely staff - very welcoming. Comfortable room and very clean and tidy; with a stylish bathroom. Fantastic bar and bistro located on the bottom floor. A really great boutique hotel. Perfect for public transport, with the Number 12 tram from the CBD heading straight there, and the stop less than 100 metres from the hotel.

The lift was was out of service for my visit, but with only two flights of stairs and an overnight bag, it wasn't a drama.

Very good

Friendly staff and management. They insisted I park my motorbike in the foyer to keep it safe overnight. That was above and beyond.

Bed was great with crisp sheets but a little more attention could have been paid to the overall cleanliness of the bathroom. Still a great place to stay though.
