The location just next to the train station and the old city center. The employee. The breakfast was perfect too!

Great location and facilities

Great option to be close to train station and other travel plans: tour bus, ferry... loved upscale Italian restaurant attached to hotel, and breakfast was yummy with amazing cappuccino!

Great stay overall

Amazing staff who gave me a new room in the middle of the nigh due to a noise problem at my window. I'd like to thank Iqbal Gulam who worked at the reception desk that night and was very professional in handling of the situation. The hotel is very conveniently located near the railway station in the city center. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Convenient location, just right opposite the main Luzern train station. Lots of food, chocolate options around. Room was clean and had enough space, comfortable

Great location, but with no room service

Nice spacious room, with a view/balcony, comfy bed and clean bathrooms.

Room service is non existent. Couldn't replace my used t cup. Felt that its no different from a airbnb accommodation. Even the power plugs were kept below the table and it couldn't accomodate my multi plug charger for my mobiles and tab.
