Comfortable and easy!

It was really easy to check in, and the rooms were very cosy. We ended up booking an extra night to stay as it was so great!

Very good

Staff were really welcoming. Very easy to adjust temperature in room and bedding was really comfy. Excellent location, quiet but very accessible to centre.

Breakfast was overpriced.

Excellent! Would definitely stay again

Excellent hotel, loved the whole aesthetic, very instagramable! We found the room a little noisy at night being situated next to a main road, but other than that this is a great hotel. Rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is fantastic!

Superb

The room was great, also the location was perfect. Renting bikes was super quick to do !! And the cafe downstairs was super convenient, definitely serves the best hot chocolates and the staff is really nice.

Pleasant

Great place to stay, but bad administration

Nice and artistic room. Clean, modern. Compact. Nice location, close to tram station, close to park.

The staff asked me to swipe my card again when I checked out, and that causes a double transaction (twice the full amount I need to pay for my stay, as I paid the full amount, but another full amount also is blocked from my debit card). My card's customer service said the hotel will be able to cancel one of the transactions, but the hotel staff said that I have to wait until 5-10 business days after I checked out before I can get the 'reserved' money back. It causes difficulties for me that my money in the amount of my stay should still be 'blocked' when I have paid in full.
