Had high expectations but fell short

The location is great, the staff are really friendly and helpful.

We booked as a weekend break over new years and as I knew the location was good that was the main thing. We stayed in one of the annex's which is about a 3 or 4 minute walk to the hotel. We weren't really aware until after booking but however it didn't affect us too much but still something to keep in mind. The room was fine, pretty clean and over looking via del Corso. However the rooms are far from sound proof. Next door we had a group staying that made so much noise from about 1am onwards. Also the beds are not really comfortable so it didn't make for a good night sleep. On the second night again same loud neighbors but this time they must have mixed up doors and put the card into our door but it worked! And next we had several people trying to enter our room again at 1am. Very disturbing and when we said it they said they couldn't figure out why it happened.

Great Hotel within 1-2 minutes to Spanish Steps

Great hotel within 1-2 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. Lots of restaurants around nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Dirty condotti hotel

Location but not enough for a traveler who is expecting a perfect room as it was online, and in reality, it's is something else. Not enough for travelers who should be treated and welcomed as a guest paying his money for a place who dont deserve....

we booked for 1 night as the condotti main hotel, we realized after paying and we reached there that is in another old building. we found a cockroach running in our room and we told the receptionist and showed him the video we took to have a proof, he was really not friendly and not helpful at all. He said it is very normal to find such insects even in a 4 stars hotel rated as fabulous. The one issue we were expecting was that at least to apologize and be respectful, but he said he even dont care about his reputation. I dont recommend, they cheat about the reservation, you see aroom and they give you a totally another one from another building, they dont respect clients and they dont even care to listen. I sent a Whatsapp message, they read and they didnt replied. I sent an email and same no reply. I have video and proof if someone would like to see!! Booking.com i am waiting for your reply!
