Hotel is definitely located in an ideal location. When you walk down the street, you can see the Colosseum. There are numerous attractions within walking distance. You can even walk to the Vatican if you are a good walker :). The breakfast was very satisfying . The entire hotel staff was very kind and helpful. It's also a plus that the hotel has its own spritz bar and restaurant. (Thank you for the welcome drink).

The room is small but enough for one person. It would be better if the minibar products were replenished as they were consumed.

Nice little boutique hotel in the heart of Rome. Customer service was exceptional and the breakfast was pretty good.

The property was clean and fairly new and comfortable

We have to carry our luggages up some stairs although they have porter service, we couldnt wait when we have to go to the airport.

It's perfect for a 3-star hotel. I've stayed in much worse 4-star hotels before. :) The location of the hotel is so decent: It's very close to the Colosseum, and some notable landmarks of Rome are within walking distance while some are easy to reach from the bus stops and metro stations around the hotel such as Vatican City. All the staff, i.e. receptionists, the housekeeper, and waiters, are super friendly. I would like to particularly thank the receptionist lady who did my check-in and provided a lot of useful information regarding Rome. The location is quiet and the walls are soundproof well enough. My bed was very comfortable. The A/C was heating the room well. There was a kettle tray set in the room. The minibar in the room had some basic snacks and beverages, plus there are bar on the roof floor and a restaurant on the ground floor. (Thank you for 1 free welcome drink to be redeemed at the restaurant as well. :)) The bathroom was equipped with high-quality amenities. The breakfast service was satisfactory. The housekeeper lady made up my room every day. Last but not least, the wireless Internet connection was well enough.

The room and especially the shower cabinet in the bathroom were small, but I could tolerate it and didn't make a fuss over them. It would be nice if the drinks in the minibar were renewed, considering the fact that it's not easy to find an open market around the hotel, especially during Christmas time.

A lovely stay a Monti - Amazing staff

This is the 2 time, this December 2023, that I stay at CMB Hotel And its a joy, Monti is a very Central to everyting, the room small but nice design and a very comfy bed, but what makes the CMB Hotel so remarkable is the people, the service is very personal and always with a smile, and its every one, specially in the reception, so nice. I liked it a lot and Ill come again for sure. Ps. The rooms is soundproof with double doors that was a big thing for me, amazing.

Good for a 3 star hotel

Location was good, but a little far from the main tourist attractions area, although really close to the Colosseum. The room was comfortable. Cleanliness was a let down for us as one day the cleaners hadnt even been and we returned tired at night, to find a do not disturb sign on our door, that we hadnt put there, and obviously the room was not cleaned. The next day, the room was blitz cleaned in the half hour it took us to have breakfast, but the bedding wasnt changed for the entire duration we were there (5 days). Generally quite hit&miss. Breakfast area was lovely, so was the coffee. The selection was average, and oftentimes the buffet would run out of eggs and bacon, so wed have to wait longer than half an hour for the refills, or have continental breakfast. Generally a good three star hotel, but a bit pricey for what it offered.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff, amazing location. No doubt would return.

We arrived in Rome and at the Hotel and was greeted by a super-friendly receptionist. She explained to us all of the workings of the hotel (how to contact reception, where we are in the city, recommended bars etc.) and then gave us our key and took us to our room. The room was beautiful and provided everything that you could need, the roof-top bar was perfect and provided a beautiful view of the colosseum. The hotel is also located in a beautiful neighbourhood called Monti which was filled with interesting and quirky restuarants and shops, and felt a lot safer than some areas. It was a 20 minute walk roughly to the main train station, and a 20 minute walk roughly to the "city center" of Rome. The colosseum is also along the same road as the hotel, which was perfect. Staff throughout the stay were super friendly. Would return again and highly recommend.

A beautiful place, very central but and soundproofed rooms

Its very nice and love the style, well done and super nice, very clean, the bed was perfect firm, and loved the service from everyone, The staff is so professional and thats from the cleaning staff to breakfast staff and in the reception always a smile and a genuine interest in your wellbeing, they all made me feel very well and showed a personal interest in your day, and a patient with me speaking in Italian, very sweet all around. And loved the soundproofing doors made a big difference, and a huge breakfast table on the roof top.
