Exceptional

Even the the location was not near to the sea area but it is still the best and clean accommodation with good friendly services. Breakfast was good and maybe could have given a range of both local and English breakfasts. This will be our family getaway when we come back to Tanjung Pinang again.

The room was great but the minibar was not to what we expected cos during our stay the fridge wasn't cold. Anyway we spend our time outside moving around and come back to sleep.

The bed is comfortable n room is spacious

The couch has very large stain. It's not elderly and wheelchair friendly. Our room had 2 doors so when I went touring, I double locked the pool facing door since I used the other door (facing service room)to go out. When I returned, I couldn't opened the as there is a problem with the key system. Called the staff to help opened the service road door but the door couldn't open so tried to open the pool door. He got angry and grumbling as that door was double locked so can't be opened with the card key. I don't understand why he was angry when the room locking system is faulty. I find that the staff is rude and unprofessional.

I Don't Like It When We Never Put ' Make Out Room ' Sign They Still Went In & Clean It Without Our Permission & Sometime the door it's hard to open & Last Is the WiFi , Hard To Connect other then that , all okay ..

very underwhelming and not relaxing due to noise 24/7

The rooms to the inside of the hotel are probably ok

Got a room outside the main entrance, right in front of the main road. feels like u have motorbikes in your room day and night. apparently the rooms to the inside are only for long term stays. spoke with the staff several times to change rooms but no chance also on the booking site they disguise the terrible view of the room very well and only show the nice pictures but dont actually show the view from the terrace, which is basically the main road
