The continental breakfast was great way to start the day. The Mickey waffles were a hit every morning and really tasty. Pool was heated and would have used it if the weather was better.

Upon arrival we had to have maintenance come and put light bulbs in bring a new lamp into the room for light. I would think this could have been taken care of prior to our arrival. It didnt make sense how the last guests didnt say something as it was very dark or housekeeping didnt notice. The last 2 days we went without a bathroom light as that burnt out and we didnt have time to deal with maintenance coming to fix another thing. I have never had this issue at a hotel before with this many lights not working. When reading reviews prior to booking this room it sounded like the shuttle was convenient and had multiple departures in the morning. That was not the case. When relying on shuttles I would have preferred more times and only used it one morning and had to use Uber the majority of our stay which I wanted to avoid.

This was our 3rd time staying here. This is our go to place to stay when we come to Orlando. Kids loved the pool. The breakfast s always delicious and GREAT coffee!! I have told my friends and family to stay here when they go to Orlando.

Superb

Location everything in walking distance. room was comfortable Beds were good pool and exterior of the hotel was nice

Hallway smells like mold and mildew. Breakfast sausage and Canadian bacon were nasty.

good location good coffee at breakfast guest laundry spacey room

very old , smells moldy, wet floor due to AC leaking, they havent changed the bed linens during our 6 days stay, simple breakfast(egg, waffles and some ready packed sweets)
