Easygoing staff, cleaniness, and gifts all made the stay a lot of fun and enjoyable.

When checking in we were given a $25 gift card for the restaurant. We were also given a Disney gift bag card, and two cocktail gift card. This was unexpected and a delight. The pool stayed open past closing time (this was on New Years eve) and we were able to enjoy the heated pool!

I made a reservation over the phone for the restaurant, however when we showed up at the scheduled time our reservation wasn't there. We were seated right away anyway, which was excellent. Also the lighting in the restaurant at dinner was a little too bright for my taste (personal opinion) and wasn't an issue really.

Definitely has changed since the change of name and not in a good way.

I loved the location of the property because of how close the property is to Disneyland and the shuttle services.

We did not receive any cleaning services for the entire stay. Once we checked in, the room we were given was not the room that was booked. When asked why, I was told that the room I booked showed up differently on their end. Weve stayed at this Hotel multiple times because we loved the service, staff, and ambiance but that has changed dramatically. Overall, this was the worst stay Ive ever experienced.

Charged my card $1500+ extra few days after check out!

Spacious room

I had to return home 4 days earlier. I requested a refund for the 4 days the hotel initially refused. But on checkout the accepted and didnt charge me for these 4 days. They provided me with a statement to that effect. How ever few days later they charged my card extra. I asked them whether this is even legal to charge me extra after they gave me a statement with zero balance. But the hotel never responded and booking didnt provide me with answers either.
