Review 1: Facility centrally located with clean and nice rooms, but breakfast was a huge disappointment. Multiple complaints about breakfast. Review 2: Wonderful stay with great location for restaur (Read More)ants and short ride to ports. Room was nice but had noisy river and traffic. Would recommend with earplugs. Review 3: King suite was great for one night stay. Nearby restaurants within walking distance. River side room was noisy. Clean and comfortable rooms, but beware of undisclosed hotel fee and expensive valet parking. Review 4: Warm greeting, efficient check-in, clean lobby and room. Highly recommended with excellent bathroom and view. Felt safe in hotel and neighborhood. Review 5: Perfect location for downtown Miami with easy access to public transport. Spacious and clean rooms with some offering river views. Breakfast selection was not great. Review 6: Good location but needs work. AC and sink drain issues in the room. Unsatisfactory breakfast. Front desk resolved booking problem and room was great with awesome views.

The location to downtown Miami and the port of Miami for our cruise

Was told by staff that I could upgrade our room when I booked months in advance to include 2 queens and a sofa bed for my family of 5 and to just ask for the upgrade upon check in. When I did check in, I was told they were all gone and they were overbooked 104%. The pillow case was dirty and we had to switch it out. Front desk at times had a bad attitude.

Great place to stay

Great location if you're going on a cruise. There was a sky train station across the road from the hotel, which meant that getting around the city to be easy and free.

Not worth the money

Room was na good size

It was older and needs remodeling. Breakfast has little to offer for variety (eggs, sausage, and toast). Also it took 35 minutes to get premade eggs and sausage and took a long time to toast bread w minimal toasters.
