Location is very nice... '

This place is way over priced for what you pay .we paid a room with jacuzzi but when we reach the jacuzzi doesn't work. It's only a big bath tub with half filled water. We had to wait 4 hours till they fill the pool and then the water was too cold so we couldn't use it..the whole room is filled with gadgets which doesnt work properly..the fan works with a remote which everything written in chinese..the staff is untrained and who hav no idea what is hospitality.. someone need to train them.food is ok..the fruits they served is old and hav only two different kinds. Around 7p.m they start playing hindi songs in a big screen next to the rooms which is very disturbing. . Full day some construction is going on. So the whole day it was so noicy . driver who drop us got angry with us because we didnt give him any tips..overroll horrible experiece beautiful location . I hope they wil improove or reduce the price..

Disappointing

Stunning location, but don't waste your money here.

Stunning location, extremely comfy bed. Views from the huts.

Value for money is WAY OFF. We spent a night in the honeymoon suite as a treat night on our travels. We arrived by walking through rubbish, check in to our room with is impressive to look at but underneath the appearance is many many faults. WiFi, hot tub, speakers and plugs all NOT WORKING. we spent a lot of time with the manager in our room to try to fix those faults which made our stay frustrating as we weren't left in peace. We upgraded for the extra facilities and they didn't work, it didn't feel right. After taxes 370 which is completely ripping me off. After making these points during our stay, we weren't offered much in way of compensation but after emailing the GM we were offered a complimentary stay for one night in the regular huts. Which we enjoyed much much more. But if we had to pay for it at 240 we would also feel ripped off. The general attention to detail is not there, everything is dirty, or cracked, or faulty. It's a shame as it's in such a beautiful location but even after our free second stay we would not recommend visiting here, ESPECIALLY ON YOUR HONEYMOON GUYS!

This is an amazing beach and place. I hope it does not develop further. It is quiet for real.

We had the most amazing space, like our own little flat with a Jacuzzi and great view and comfortable bed. Everyone was friendly. It is nice and quiet. And the area is calm for real. Birds and Waves are what wakes you up.

The all inclusive turned out to be quite limited. They had no pancakes (and denied us some) even though there were eggs, flour and milk available. If we ever asked for a drink an hour after lunch, it was a separate charge. So not really all inclusive. The food wasn't great. The best food on this beach is at the Cove/Yoga place. And otherwise the Sea Front Cottages. Unfortunately the food at Cola Goa Beach Resort was ok but not more than that. No extra feel to it.

It was an out of this worlds experience.

Its a place to stay when you want to spend quality time with your partner away from the busy world. I love the jacuzzi just in front of the beach. Food was excellent and the staff are super accommodating. I will definitely come back.

not the best. food was good. service of the main desk and restaurant was good.

location was good, quite remote! had to access the hotel via walking in the sweltering heat! good view

cleanliness was zero! didnt clean room for two days. spider webs everywhere in the room. bathroom was not up to spec always water on the floor after they cleaned. towels were not changed in the room! No toilet paper. Dont think the bed linen was changed. for the price you pay I think its really not fair that you get charged so much and its so unhygienic. we weee very disappointed.
