Clean and confortable room for the price

Central location while being in a quiet street

Only thing a bit messing is a common area outside where you can seat/relax. The room is too small and dont have a real window to stay and relax in so you just stay there for sleep.

The room needs an AC as Kochi is hot and with the 2 fans its only circulating the hot air within the room.

Perfect start to our trip in India.

Very Clean. A few extras that were great and they did not charge for it. Very friendly host family. Around the corner from good restaurants in an quiet alley. Fruit shops and local stores close.

Thank God we selected this place for stay. Rincy is amazing host. She was there for everything we needed whether it's bike rental, near by places guidance everything. Fort kochi is secluded, quite and clean space. Stay was pleasant. We enjoyed a lot. Everything is nearby.

1. Food options are very limited for North Indian people. 2. Idli and dosa shops are non existent. If you are late you will miss it. We managed our breakfast on bananas. Bananas are super good. 3. You feel like you can cover entire fort kochi in 4 hrs. Very cozy and easily accessible places. Was it worth travelling to fort kochi from Cochin airport? I would say no. Entire part is small and can be covered in less than 4 hours.

Wonderful homestay

This is a beautiful home stay in a very central part of Fort Kochi. The room was large and clean. Rincy is a wonderful host. The location is really great, I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go and it felt really safe too!
