A good peaceful stay . Good beach access. Friendly and helpful hosts.

The kitchen was under renovation at our time of visit so food was not available but fully equipped kitchen was provided if guests want to cook. Its good for people looking for a local home like feeling with garden , palm trees etc. Beach is only 7 minutes walk through a narrow trail between shrubs. You can park your vehicles just next to the cottage, ample space . The main road of candolim is a 10 minute walk where you can find all the eating options and other general shops. The hosts were cordial and helpful by nature. The property is few cottages with lot of space in between and very peaceful and quiet environment.

The AC functioning to be checked as cooling was a little issue. Some small but practical things need fixing - hooks in bathroom/floor wiper. Sometimes mosquitoes are an issue in evenings due to ample greenery so keep the door and windows closed, though all windows have mosquito mesh if you do not want to use AC and keep windows open.

Good stay and nice location near to many places.

Location is good, and cottages are spacious and good for a group or family. If you are going with a big group, then this is a good bet.

No hanger in the bathroom. Apart from that no issues.

Worst experience ever.

Property was not at all maintained. It was nothing like pictures shown to us. They have not even cut the grass due to which there were mosquitoes. There were bed bugs as well. Even the blankets and pillows were stinking. host was rude and we had to ask them for things for many times then they provided. In morning they came around 9 to ask us to check out. I never had such bad experience in my life. Even village huts are better than this property. Dont book it. Rooms are conjusted. Also there was water dripping from Ac and when told to host, he didnt listen so we had to put bucket under it. In morning there was no water in taps. It was huge waste of money. this property is not even worth 500rs per day and charging so much.

The stay was calm and secluded. Its a standalone place. So there is no noise. Power backup was there but alot of power

The property has a private beach and once you enter the place its a whole house. They have a kitchen setup with a fridge.

There were continuous power interruptions which needs to be addressed. It looks a little too horrid at night. I think they should light the place up a little.

Only Usp is the location and it has a beach literally in 2 minutes walk.
