Very poor

If you are staying for a reimbursed trip, you'll never get the receipt and have to pay by your own

The price is fair for its location (despite it is a little bit close to the sketchy neighborhood)

NEVER STAY HERE for a business trip or any trip that requires a receipt. The hotel just cannot provide you with a simple itemized/breakdown receipt for your business reimbursement. The staff played 2 months of dodge game and every single time they promised me and Booking.com agent to issue a receipt "within minutes/hours" and nothing showed up.

Hasled to buy time share, becoming dodgy area in San Francisco. Charge a fortune for parking. Then offer rebate if you listen to their sales pitch.

Excellent! One of the best hotels ever!

We are a family of 4 and were in San Francisco for 5 nights - this hotel is amazing! I'm so glad I found it! It exceeded our expectations - it was so comfortable! We had a one-bedroom suite with a sofa bed and a small kitchenette. The kitchenette has everything you need - dish soap, sponges, dishwasher and soap, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. We bought food for breakfasts and some dinners and it was SO convenient. The hotel so many amenities - free laundry (including detergent), free popcorn and hot cocoa and dvds for movie night and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is also in a great location - only a few blocks from Union Square on a fairly quiet street. We felt very safe the whole time and didn't have any problems. There is also a rental car place one street over if you want to rent a car for a day trip to Muir Woods, etc. We walked everywhere and only used the rental car for a day trip. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to San Francisco.

Don't hesitate - this place was great

Great location, clean and attractive suite and lobby. Decent gym, cute games room, dvd library to peruse, even loaned us umbrellas on a wet day. Very comfortable rooms, and the free use of the laundry was handy also. If the room had a little cooker and oven, I would be perfectly happy to live here.

Just a minor issue accessing the laundry room when our key stopped working. At the same time there were problems with the elevator that day (soon after repaired), making retrieval of our clothes from the dryer take longer than I expected. Also we were invited to timeshare presentations a few times, but no big deal. Those available to sit through them got compensated quite well as I understand.

Perfect suite to relax in after a long day!

The lobby was pristine and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Likewise, my suite was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, provided more than the basic amenities, and a great place to relax after a long day at a conference.

The lobby door was locked 24 hrs and required a keycard. That being said I understand that may be the case as a safety precaution.
