Disappointing

Please see attached likes and dislikes which sums up our stay.

Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Stored our luggage for us until our check in was available.

We arrived early as per my notes to what time was our arrival. We were asked to pay a $20 fee to check in earlier which was disappointing as so far most rooms have allowed us to check in with no fee because the room is ready. So already wanting to make more money from us. No alternative milks for the free coffee in the morning (something we were very happy about because we love coffee!) both myself and my partner dont drink dairy so when we saw no soy/almond or oat we were disappointed and therefore couldnt enjoy the free coffee. Very loud during the early hours of the morning. Police sirens waking us up at 12/2/3 in the morning. Doors are very loud when closing so was woken up again by loud banging from other guest in the hotel.

Great location, could use a renovation.

Great location with easy access to two Metro stations. Facilities feeling a little old (could use renovation soon). Clean rooms. TV remote control a little temperamental.

Espresso machine was being cleaned in the morning one day. It should be done during non-peak coffee hours.

The rooms are very close together, you can hear people talking and walking through the halls, and the size of the room was smaller then expected

Club Quarters is Awesome!

I loved everything! I celebrated my birthday and NYE in DC. This hotel was actually perfect! The location was super convenient. Tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Subway is literally right next to the hotel if you need to go further though. Checking in and out was simple and easy. They have kiosks you can use and they'll help. The elevator moves quickly. The room had everything I needed. The staff were very sweet and friendly! Some of the reviews scared me initially, but I'm so glad I booked Club Quarters.

The bathroom was on the smaller side. There also isn't any parking. You have to find street parking or pay $50 for a nearby garage. Besides that, everything was great!

Ok for the money

Close to the Mall. Walking distance to the things people come to see in Washington.

Room was on a small side. Not much of soundproofing but respectful neighbors. Didn't like the housekeeping knocking on the door first thing in the morning even though they sent the email they only cleaned on the third day. Didn't like the amount of emails I started getting from them even before the trip early in the morning.
