Disappointing

Not what I expected

The staff and location

The room we got for being a suite with a kitchenette it was old and the cabinets where broken hardly any lighting their was an ice cream wrapper on the floor the tv remote wouldnt work the microwave wouldnt work room 831 yea pretty disappointed on this trip

The room was spacious and clean. They had coffee/tea machine near the reception. The staff was friendly. The restaurant in the hotel (Table 7) had delicious food at good prices. Overall it was a very good experience.

1. The lobby is elegant and refined. The staff at the desk is pretty nice. 2. The room is quiet and comfortable. 3. Great location! Very close to Metro stations.

I requested an express cleaning service provided by the hotel, but they didn't come clean. The parking is not free.
