Great hotel to stay when visiting Boston with your 4legs companion!

We went there during winter time when not many restaurants have outdoor seating that may allow dog. The manager allowed us to leave our dog in the room twice while we went to eat in a nearby restaurant with our friend. Their trust made all the difference to our stay. The staff is really friendly, and the hotel room amenities are a great value.

The only downside is that the bed was old and not really comfortable, but our friend in another room did not experience the same thing, so maybe just 'bad luck' on that side. The room where dog are accepted may not be the cleaner. We found a cigarette pack under the bed and we do not smoke.

Last minute trip to Boston for NYE

The location of this property is quite great! It is downtown which makes it easy to walk to where you need to go. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist if they can.

The hotel is not equipped with any amenities. No shower cap, no wine glasses, bathrobes, slippers or water bottles. They have water in the hallway but not in the rooms. The rooms are tiny which is why the have mostly queen beds and not king. The carpet in the room looked so worn and dirty that we went to buy slippers. The beds are not comfortable. You can feel and hear the springs in the mattress. The pillows were comfortable though. At minimum, this hotel needs a change of carpets and beds.

Exceptional

Excellent location- walkable to the harbor, North End, Faneuil Hall. Staff was knowledgeable, polite and helpful and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

Very good

I would highly recommend this hotel, nice staff, clean, and great location.

On arrival the reception staff (Chris)was very welcoming and friendly. He advised of all the information that we needed for the stay in the hotel and about its facilities.

The property is in the perfect location, close by shops, restaurants and the freedom trail.. its in walking distance to the Quincy market etc..

The staff displayed incompetence by charging me twice, failing to verify my payment through the booking system. The hotel offered no apologies, and the receptionist, upon hearing the issue, responded with agitation and anger rather than understanding.

Superb

I liked the friendliness of staff, everyone was super helpful. They provide chilled purified water on every floor which we really enjoyed. It is in a great location!

The beds were a little uncomfortable, but thats the only complaint.
