    Wow! Amazing stay, 10000% book it.
    Wow! This place is really nice. We were blown away with our room and basically everything during our stay here. The staff were sooooo nice, we really appreciated the kindness, politeness and hospitality of the hosts. The room was large, clean, beautiful and comfortable. The beds came with heated blankets which was a really nice touch when its so cold in Sapa during the winter. The location is perfect and quiet so you can get a good nights rest. The breakfast was simple but filling. They offered laundry service which was helpful for us. Also offer motorbike rental which is also convenient. Overall this place is really nice and should be considered for your stay in Sapa. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

    It was great. Host was very friendly and helpful despite of the language barrier.
    Very accommodating host.
    There was no heater in the room. It could have been better to have one since weather outside was really cold.

    Wonderful wonderful experience!
    Cloud House was an awesome experience. The Hotel is super clean and the bedding and towels are new and fresh. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast and coffee is wonderful. Warm and fresh baguette bread with egg and salad and an awesome cup of coffee. The hosts are friendly and helpful and even though they are not English speaking, we easily communicated with the help of google translate. The location of the property is about 25 minutes walk from the main town square, but this was a good thing for us.
    The only thing, if I have to say something, was the road next to the property with the traffic hooting during the day, but at night time this quiets down!

    The host is absolutely lovely and very accommodating, although we couldn't speak each other's language. The room is a good size, the breakfast was nice, and the bike we rented was good too, at a very reasonable price.
    We had a small problem with the sheets being a little damp, the room in general felt damp, and the host did everything she could to solve the problem but it was still a problem unfortunately. The location is okay, not the best, but then we knew this before booking.

    Staff was super friendly, the included breakfast was amazing (Banh Mi with egg and coffee), rooms were comfortable and clean
    It's a bit far from the center which didn't bother us as we had bikes. In our room the shower didn't drain properly.
