Disappointing

Dissapointing.

We booked for 2 nights and towels are exchanged after 3 days. We had to struggle and when we expressed our disappointment it was only then, Aman who is a very nice host did his best to get us towels as requested. Upon checking out the lady at reception was very rude and did not take our recommendation into consideration and responded in a very disinterested way that, its the company policy... Being from the hospitality sector ourselves, we do not consider this service as 5 star at all.

We liked the villa a lot and everything it can offer. The surrounding is like small village and everywhere are beautiful villas. But, if you don't have car or bike, it can be a little demanding.

Unfortunately, the communication with the reception was so bad. At first, they welcomed us, showed us the villa and that's it. Our wifi password wasn't correct one and we couldn't reach the reception to ask for correct password so we ended up without internet. When we tried to ask security, they didn't know anything. Such a bad organisation and communication with the reception. You can not reach them if you need just one info. They didn't give us at least their number, if we need anything. Villas are perfect but reception realy bad.

Pleasant and enjoyable stay

Nice ,peaceful ambience , spacious , comfortable.

Some of the electronic appliances need to maintained and we had to call in the maintenance team as these were not working. No staff available for maintenance , cleaning or even check out post 5 pm or before 8:30 am in the morning.

Amazing !

Amazing place; we stayed at Phase 2 .. good quality, clean and privacy at its level best! Had an amazingly smooth welcome by the staff.

Check out time- though the employees are very nice but we felt uncomfortable when they were at the door 20min before check out, waiting and making you feel its time to go! A call before coming in would have changed everything!

the staff, we were forced to pay a late check by only 2 hours when we booked 3 villas, the staff were unfriendly in how they addressed this request. we requested if we could have late check-out as complimentary during check-in and they told us they will get back to us. we were left with no reply until to discover that they charged us late check-out when we checked out.

Not worth it at all

The house was decent, pretty much like any AirBnB property.

They didnt give us water beyond the first day of our stay (1 litre). When asked later, they said that it was their policy to not give us water beyond the first day! Ive never heard of such a weird rule. The reception is closed post 8 PM The customer service person needs to be contacted several times before they respond. The house was not cleaned properly everyday - staff came in and did the dishes and bed sheets. Anything lying on the floor was ignored. Location is also inconveniently located in the middle of nowhere. To buy something as simple as water, the nearest stop is a mall about 2 km away - if you dont have your own vehicle, good luck walking that narrow lane, especially after sunset. The photos are misleading! They have added pictures of all their villa types in all their room listings. You dont really know what youre getting until youre there. When I pointed out all these flaws to the team, they said, well we dont really function as a proper hotel. As far as excuses go, thats an extremely weak one.

Small things are destroying overall opinion.

Very comfortable and private villas. Safe and secured area. Good location.

Staying for 4 nights, we received small shampoo and shower gel bottles only on the first night (?!) The table on the pool area wasnt cleaned even once during our stay :/ We gave detailed information about our arrival time (on Sunday), but nobody informed us that the reception will be closed and security staff will give us keys - unfortunately also the security guy didnt know that he has the keys for us . :/
