This stay is managed by local goons and they will threaten you for asking questions. Very Unprofessional and racist manager. Weak wifi, No parking space, directions to reach to property are confusing, dirty bathrooms. everything is pathetic

There is a beach near to the property

The location didnt had parking space. No one came to help us with the luggage as there was no way for a car to enter.

Wow!

Very relaxing Place and nice people, near the best Beach of Varkala! Enjoyed the evenings really much and I defintely recommend swimming in the Night ;D

Beautiful rooms, nice bathroom (no hot water tho), welcoming staff, cute common space

Its located quite far from main Varkala cliff so be aware youll need some tuk tuks. However, its next to a nice beach and a few beach cafes so if you want it more quiet then its a good place. WiFi didnt work most of the time

Overall a decent stay but location is difficult to access and property staff should be more vigilant.

The rooms are clean and spacious.

The location is bit difficult to access. You cant go to this property by car, you have to park your vehicle in the nearby resort called Blue water which is around 1km away from this property. We didnt knew that before and have called the property manager Karthik multiple times before reaching but there is no response from him.
