Very good

The view from our cabin was beautiful and a perfect spot for Christmas day. We spent 5 nights here and enjoyed every second. We didn't want to leave! They provided us watermelon on a daily basis which was a lovely touch. A lovely walk to the main area of Sairee.

Could do with a little maintenance, but this wasn't really a problem for us as we love the rustic vibe!

I cannot say I agree with the negative reviews. We rented two small houses (3 and 4) and they were clean upon arrival. The houses are definitely not new but do have a certain charm and the sea views are magnificent. We followed the recommendation to not leave any food in the bins and did not see any cockroaches. We had some mini ants close to the front door but they were removed by the cleaning team and they did not come back. Beach is closeby as well as nice restaurants/breakfast options. Pool was clean and refreshing. Accomodation offers laundry service (well done), tour reservation (we arranged a snorkling tour and were picked up at the resort) and motor bike rental (did not try). We were offered fresh water melon every day by the owner. Wifi worked fine. If you are looking for a sparkling, newly renovated top notch accomodation you better look elsewhere but if you are just looking for a decent, clean accomodation at a fair price I can recommend.

Love this place . The view , the location, the staff, the pool, the beach , the cats , the bed, the shower, the balcony , the lounge, the watermelon , loved everything !

The stagnant water on the way to the beach is a bit icky !

We really like the place. Clean, beautiful house. There are only 9 houses all of them have sea view and they are around the swimming pool. You can eat breakfast next door. Realy good location.

Great location a bit away from the crowds while still very close to everything. And very friendly and helpful manager. Plus great sunset views

The room had some slight smell but it wasnt too strong, when AC was on it was gone

Awful. Book elsewhere.

Very good location.

Upon arrival it was very apparent why there is no cancellation when booking online. The property is in shambles. The positive reviews either must have had an updated suite, or were incentivized. Our room #7 had a stench like I cant describe. Doors didnt close, wood structures rotted out, large gaps in doors and windows so bugs including cockroaches everywhere infesting the place. Bed is ancient and hard as a rock. Everything is old and barren with holes and wear. Nothing fixed over time. We were told they were fully booked thanks to booking so nowhere to move to. We saw one other unit that could have been an option and it was the same condition but the roof was dilapidated and covered with black garbage bags to seal it. Weve never had such a terrible and misrepresented property through booking. During the night nothing is lit in the pathways and theyre full of rubbish and live electrical wires to trip on. We had no choice but to stay one night and I got bitten in the night under the sheets by a cockroach. Disgusting. The property manager was rude, like a used car salesman, and didnt want to refund us. He tried to push his phone at my partner in exchange for a refund?!!! It was bizarre and totally frustrating. Very unprofessional. We spent 4 hours dealing with booking and the manager to get a partial refund so we could find somewhere else, that ended up being less expensive for exponentially better quality.
