We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were all very friendly.

The staff were very friendly. The leisure centre changing facilities were very family friendly. The breakfast was lovely. It was very friendly with a great selection of foods.

Maybe some water in the rooms. Pancakes for kids.

The location was superb and we enjoyed the walking to the Liffey Valley shopping centre

We were put in a disabled room and it felt very embarrassing as if we have taken a disabled parking from someone who needs it the most. We didn't sleep having a weird feeling why would you offer a disabled room to people who don't need it? We booked two rooms as a family and we requested our rooms to be interconnected or at least adjacent to each other but we were separated as a family to sleep room 315 and 326 yet it was one booking. Who does that to a family booking? We felt cheated honestly on this.

Only complaint would be I specifically booked a room with a balcony as I'm a smoker and when I entered my room, there was no balcony and it was a no smoking room meaning I had to go outside. I was also hoping I'd be able to stand out on a balcony and watch the fireworks as it was new years. When I told the staff the next morning, they apologised but said there was nothing they could do as this was an issue on booking.com's end. Very disappointed. If I do decide to return, I'll book direct so the hotel will have to take responsibility if there's an issue again. Just be aware there's no guarantee you'll get the room you booked if booking through booking.com

I informed staff it was my partners 30th birthday in the hopes of getting a nice room in a quieter location I was assigned a beautiful suite and was absolutely thrilled.
