Disappointing

Breakfast was great. Very close to the city terminal.

Had to spend an hour discussing and mostly waiting to get the room I booked and paid for. Because it apparently is their policy to not give the double rooms with the additional sofa bed to bookings with children, because they are of the opinion that if at least one of three guests is a child, all three should sleep in the same bed. But as I said, they happily take your money for the sofa bed, they just won't give it to you without a fight. Cleaning is mediocre - they don't seem to lift the toilet seats when cleaning the toilet. There were urin spots when we arrived and they were still there when we left two days later. Bottle caps were under the bed. At least the towels and sheets appeared clean. The room was tiny, we hardly had space to open the suitcase. Lifts are too small and/ or too few for such a big hotel. Upon checking out we had to wait a long time for a lift we fit into. The narrow wounded staircase is not an option if you have to carry luggage. Sometimes you can only use the lift by using your room card. There is no information about this anywhere and noone at Check-in mentioned this. I was in hotels with lifts like these before, so it wasn't a problem for me, but I had to explain how it works to another guest who thought the lift was broken. For our future stays in Stockholm, and there will be plenty, we will certainly not pick this hotel!

Very good

1 night in Stockholm

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Next door to the metro station. Our flight was early and we couldn't make breakfast, so they made us takeaway packs which were lovely.

The rooms were quite small, with only a double bed.
