Very good

The room was large, comfortable, and clean.

The pool is closed, the indoor pool was a large part of our reason for choosing this hotel, disappointing that nothing stated the pool was closed until we tried to swim.

Husband needed to better sleep for work. This helped immensely.

Pretty much everything. Staff was nice and the room was amazing.

The fact that some of the other guests were kind of rude when it came to the pool.

Call before booking.

The location was good.

This was my second stay at a best western hotel this year, and again, the pool was not working. This is part of the room amenities and part of the reason I booked with them. I stayed 3 nights, and the pool was not operational for our entire stay. Although I understand the need for cleaning, I feel this should be stated during booking or a discount should be offered. I will be staying at the Hilton in the future during my quarterly visits to Salt Lake.
