Reception serves quick upon request Though those requests should come basic in the room, we always need to request. Soap, towels, kitchen utensils, water, etc.

Room is dirty, sofas carpets and bathroom not clean. Food is not good. Always incomplete service, no spoon, no fork etc.

The front desk didn't inform that swimming pool is getting closed at 4 PM which spoils lots of the kids time doing nothing.

can't use swimming pool at all. the breakfast buffet not that organize.

Overall it was good.

Room size was okay. Breakfast was good but was very crowded and management was in the restaurant was not upto mark. Room service could have little more better.

Pool access was closed because of new year. Beach access was closed because of gala dinner being organised on the beach. At leaset they should keep it open for people syating in the hotel.

Not worth the amount you pay. Staffs are very unprofessional and not even trained properly. Breakfast was pathetic. Room service does not even respond when we call. Over one of the worst experience in RAK. Would not recommend to anyone. Keep away.

The pool and general outdoor setting was nice enough.

The hotel is somewhat tired looking.It needs an update. Electrical items were questionable. The bedside lamp didn't work. The workman had to spend sometime sorting the socket. I requested the use of an iron. The plug was very loose. I didn't use it.

We enjoyed the stay at the property and we will be back soon ..

The property is clean and swimming pool is very good and well managed. The staff absolutely supportive even they upgraded my two room booking to two bedroom apartment to stay family close. Continental breakfast was very good.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever especially Mr. Ajmal Khan, Mr. Ahmad Farook, Aaqib, and lifeguard Mr. Surendera, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
