This City of Dreams - Nobu Hotel Manila offers great rooms with all amenities and excellent service. The location is strategic, but the elevators can be confusing as it is a shared space with other h (Read More)otels. The hotel has everything you may need, including a casino and a mall nearby. The rooms are nice, with complimentary items, and have a great view. However, there were some issues with the service, such as a delayed room cleaning and missing condiments for a burger. There was also a strong cigarette smell from the casino, making it unsuitable for families or people with breathing problems. Overall, it is still considered a good recommendation, with relaxing ambiance and great food.

Pleasant and friendly.

Room was good, staff friendly and free snacks and drinks available in the room was very nice.

Could hear other guest in rooms close by baby crying for mother in the middle of the night and one guest trying are room door in the night.

It's ok

The garden and pool, the children love it including the buffett breakfast at Hyatt which I didn't know we can cross over until after I asked the staff at the restaurant by the pool.

The food at new wave restaurant next to the pool needs to improve its seasoning and the portion is too small. Also, the premiere room I booked with pool view didn't really met my expectations after paying almost 700US for 2 nights.
