Quick city stay

Its a short walk to Greenbelt (a nice area to walk in with shops & restaurants). The staff were lovely and helpful.

The breakfast wasnt great, though the room was clean (clean sheets, towels etc.) it could do with a deep clean

Always waiting for the lift.

The location was spot on.

No service lift, so was always waiting a very long time for lifts and at one point we couldn't get in the lift with our backs because it was to full. Then the next lift came and that was full with food going to someone room.

Absolutely fantastic staff. They are very tolerant of people such as myself that like to have a few too many beverages. Staff was amazing.

Prices were a bit much for the food portions.

It was ok.

Breakfast is ok. The poolside resto food was good. The hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating, especially the room service crew and the F&B staff. The receptionist upon check-in was fast and very efficient. Happy to see a hotel that uses fewer paper prints. The receptionist upon check-out, was ok, I think he was already tired with all the checkout.

The room is clean, the only issue was our room was noisy. We can hear a "washing machine-" "-like noise that made sleeping hard during the stay. Plus we booked a city view high floor but we got a room with one window and one fake window. The city view we paid for was tiny tiny tiny view of the city.

Good over all with fantastic location at a good price

Location and Staff were excellent

No Bartender at the pool Bar/Restaurant until 3PM, why would you not have for people going to the pool, also should add some tropical drinks on the menu. Mai Tai, Pina Colada Daiquiri etc. Standard rooms are a bit small, especially the bathrooms, I will upgrade a bit next time
